Heironeous is the god of valor and chivalry. He is the patron of paladins and righteous warfare.
Heironeous sees the world as a deadly place, filled with perpetual challenges and trials for those who battle for justice and defend the weak and innocent. His followers should always act with honor and chivalry, and to uphold justice. Danger is to be faced head-on, with calm and resolve.
He is the brother and rival of Hextor, and battles him regularly. Heironeous was always the more powerful of the two, but when Hextor gained his second pair of arms, it evened the odds between the two.
Heironeous appears as a tall, bronze-skinned man with auburn hair clad in shining silver plate mail.
